I went fishing on Penneseewassee yesterday and forgot my Clam 6" hand auger at the upper parking lot. There was a greyish PT cruiser in the parking lot at the time as well.

In this day and age, that sucker has already been exchanged for some oxy!

Not sure you can get oxy for a hand auger . but, definitely some fentanyl laced heroine. Sorry about your luck. Hope you get it back!

With the amount of ice out there this year, you might have done yourself a favor by leaving a HAND auger there.

There are still some honest people out there. My first call would be the local P.D.

Sucks that you lost an auger, but excuse to upgrade!  I’ve been running with a 7” lazer with drill and clam plate for the past 4 years and absolutely love it. I can’t imagine cranking by hand still, even with a 6”. Or get the Nero since they have the offset handles to make manual drilling easier.

I have the clam plate though. My wife bought the 179$ combo conversion kit. Which was the hand auger and clam plate both in one package, still have my M18 Fuel and both batteries. There were two anglers at the boat launch watching traps near a shack, that was 20ft. From shore of the boat ramp. One of them had a camo jumpsuit. The other a duck jacket and jeans. Standing next to a chevy blazer or Silverado maybe. And a grey PT cruiser was just pulling in as i was leaving, they didnt get out just sat there. Thats when i drove off.
