That's an awesome process that they do. Do they release the adult fish back into the lake. Can't believe, after watching the stripping & milking process, that the insides of the fish aren't damaged.

I wouldn't think that many are damaged in the process. They have been doing it for years. It can't be any worst that the beating they take getting up into rivers and streams to spawn....h2l

I talked to the biologist at the hatchery in PA (Linesville) about how many adult fish died each year and was told that it was only a couple.
