canyon ferry

Went fishing at canyon ferry sat. the 9th for 5 hours no bits. Drove around didnot see much action, are there fish being caught? sonar had fish on screen but we could not get the little buggers to bit our hooks whats the secret?

Jagmt and I were out on sat. as well. When we first got there we didn't get any bites, so we moved. We didn't get any bites in the new spot, so we moved again. Finally we found a spot where the perch were biting and ended up catching 24 between the two of us. If you aren't catching anything don't be afraid to move. Once we found the fish it didn't matter what lures we used as long as it had a hook on it.

we have been fishing north of the hole in the wall in 45-52 fow...been putting in at duck creek and going out 1.66 miles from shore on the gps...staright from shore they seem to prefer green colored Hali's
