Ice fishing in Scott county
« on: Jan 14, 2004, 08:13 PM »
We don't hear too much about ice fishing in Scott county.  So does anyone have any information on lakes and locations to fish in Scott county?  Specifically at Crow Creek Lake and the West Lake Park lakes.  Or if you know of other places that are good.  Be safe this season and good luck!!!
Thanks.

West Lake is so heavily fished. I have fished it and caught fish every time but they are small. Never heard of Crow Creek. Try the Lock 14 I think right below Leclaire. The backwaters there get some icefishermen.
Every plastics manufacturer claims plastics outfish livebait. So now I use livebait just for the increased challenge.
