NEK Bait Shops
« on: Mar 12, 2013, 05:13 PM »
I'm heading up this weekend going to be in the Lunenburg area, I was wondering if anyone knew of some bait shops off of 91n/93w or even rt2. directions and even a  phone numbers would be greatly appreciated. Going to be staying at a friends camp on Neal Pond fishing Fri. - Sun.

                                                           Thanks Len

There's a place not far off I-91 Exit 22 called Flanders Signs, they'll have everything you need.

Here's the address and phone # hope this helps... ;)

587 New Boston Road

St. Johnsbury, Vermont 05819

Take the price chopper exit and take a left at the lights.go about 2 miles and new boston rd is on the right(bait sign there).stay to the left when the road splits (1/4 mile in ),Flanders is about a mile more on the left
. Good luck !

Thanks for the replies Flanders it it is. If any one is going to be out that way stop by and say hello I'll  most likely be set up in the deeper water for some Perch or to the right of the boat launch area closer to shore for the toothy fish.

make sure you call ahead and see what flanders has for bait and also check the ice before going out becuase there was 12" last weekend but it was "punky" in spots and with 2 days of pouring rain and a wk of 30+ temps it may be risky ...but the perch are in
