Title: Best way to cook burbot???

I have had it battered and deep fried, but I here there is another way to do them like lobster,  please let me know.

some use beer....some use water/white wine 50/50 ....bring to a boil and drop in your burbot chunks.....dip in melted garlic butter.....Grump
