Second hand report here, but I just spoke to the dude in the fishing dept. at Sportsman's Warehouse in Provo and he said (with confidence) that the bays are fishing safely on Utah Lake.
I'm probably going to give it shot this weekend (Saturday morning), maybe in the area of Provo Bay and/or Lincoln Beach searching for the panfish grand slam.
