What day do you think we will start walking on water here in the great state of Wyoming I believe it will be early this year like the end of November.

Here in Laramie...Thanksgiving weekend. We hit 29 degrees on the 2nd. That's the earliest frost we've had in many years. It sure has been a temperate summer and it now feels like fall is in the air.

I can almost aways find ice somewhere in November.  Ocean Lake and Boysen are some of the bigger water to freeze early.  Buffalo Bill likes to wait until at least Christmas usually.  Sometime Yellowtail waits unitil late as well.  Especially near Barry's Landing.  Small lakes like Deaver, the Sunshines, Wardell and Harrington will also freeze early.

Soft water fishing on Buffalo Bill can be good until Christmas.  I usually quit by November but others troll plugs until it ices up.  My rig is in the shop.  The lower unit started slipping in the wind last Saterday on Buffalo Bill.
