Is it close to shore?  Chainsaw a trench and winch it out?  Even if it's not close to shore, you can chainsaw a trench, then auger a hole at an angle away from the machine a ways away.  Put a 4x4 in hole, boards from edge of ice down to machine, hook winch to 4x4 and winch her out / up the boards.  May have to do this from the front end, though, if the skis are catching.

A-frame to hoist it up then once one end is higher then the ice, tilt the aframe over to get one end on the ice then pull it out.

Inquiring minds want to know! Did you get it out and how did you do it?

We put an ATV through on a farm pond that was about 2 feet deep. Machine was down with the bumper and winch just below the ice so we had to chip away a bunch of ice in front and cut 2 long 4 inch round trees to slide under the frame and then using 3 other machines with winches tied one to the other with the last ATV anchored to a tree on shore. It took us hours to get it out and there was a lot of damage to the front bumper of the sunk machine from all the force it took to yank it up over the ice edge. The pond has been renamed as Joe's pond ever since. we were all playing on it but Joe came to a stop right over a natural spring and all of a sudden it just dropped right under.

If I agreed with you we would both be wrong!

I read his post on the Maine site, here it is...

Thanks for your offer to help. We were able to get it out using the plank and comealong method. I got help from a couple of friends.
I would never have been able to do it myself at my age.
Now I have to figure out what to do with it as it is 12years old.

Drain all the fluids and see what goes.
