I have both the AA and Striker Suit.

AA is very light, but very very warm ~ and does not have great  workmanship in the stitching.

Striker Suit is much heavier than the AA, and the workmanship is bar none.

I would go with the Striker Suit.

I have the first year Striker Hardwater suit and love it but it is bulky and sometimes too warm. I plan to try the Clam Lift suit this year. I had a chance to see it in person and like the fact that it is thinner then the Striker but still is able to float you if you break through.

Striker does have a "lite" model jacket as well.

I have the Hardwater Bibs and Jacket. Very well made and very warm. Plenty of vents/zippers to open it up if needed.

And as other have said. Made for ice fisherman, by ice fisherman.

The fishing was good; it was the catching that was bad.

The new line of striker suits this year the ice lite jacket is called the Ice Predator Jacket.
I wore my climate jacket as my winter coat last year I think I'm going to buy there Lake Effect Huron Parka for my every day winter coat.

Check out there new line for 2013/14 season.

How well does that work? I'm mildly skeptical.. How well will it cut through ice?
