Best way to mount a 900 sries humminbird to atv

What mounts, I have looked at the rams and most are for smaller units then 900.

I did a google search for 900 humminbirds and found quite a few for bigger units, up to the 1100's

I use the Ram mounts for the 900 series on my Bass Boat and ATV...I use the I.5 inch but if you don't think that is big enough go to the 2 inch but that mount is huge and is more geared towards the 1100s..
