Even though I'm a bit of a skeptic I picked up one of the 8ah models because for the price why not.  It took a charge and powered my Striker just fine.  Let it run for about an hour and voltage only dropped from 13.2 to 13.1 so it might just be legit.  The 8ah is the same size as a 5ah SLA but considerably lighter.

Looks like it is a god battery if what they say about it is true. Couldn't hurt to give it a try.

This just looks like a standard battery not a lithium.? I have an amped lithium battery & its worth the cost . They have sales on them usually around Black Friday

It reads LiFePO4 Lithium.  Since Amped batteries are made in China also, this battery may be a heck of a deal!

I have an Amped Outdoor battery as well. But an AO 6ah for $55 or another Chinese brand 16ah for $50. I'd say it's worth a try!

I got one of the 16ah ones a few months ago. I did some load testing an it came in right as advertised.

I'd be worried about the build quality and internals personally. Maybe it's up to par but I know my name brand battery won't start a fire.  I read through the description briefly, but I didn't see mention of BMS?  Does the 16aH fit in the standard flasher battery tray?

Yes it has a bms. There are some pictures in the review section where someone took one apart. I worry more about the actual lithium chemistry. Lifepo4 is one of the safest chemistry. IMO its no more dangerous than a lead acid battery. And if you think your name brand battery is perfectly safe I'm sorry but you are fooling yourself there are always exceptions to every rule. Most consumer lithium batteries are not built with cell guard so once they start off they will not stop self destruction.

FYI it is bigger than the standard 7-9ah SLA

Battery chemistry is the big factor. The cheap batteries in everyone's cell phones are most likely much more dangerous than any lifepo4
