Trip to Green bay / sturgeon bay
« on: Dec 02, 2012, 08:04 PM »
We are thinking of a trip to Green bay/Sturgeon bay for walleye and whitefish. I did the standard google search and found most of the guide prices and packages were about the same. I was thinking of 1-2 days guided and a few days in a rental or our portable shanties. Does anybody have any experience with any of the local guides, and recommendations of where to stay?

If you wanted a one stop shop you could go with Dale Stroschein and his Wacky Walleye guide service. He owns Sand Bay Beach resort which is located on right on Sand Bay, all you have to do is walk out the door and your on the ice.  Another suggestion would be going with Brett Alexander.
