How about this on the predator jacket is a extra 40%off when you add it to your cart.. plus if you sign up for their e mail before you by it they give a 15% off you first order.. I appreciate the help guys.  I ended up getting it from Fish307 a few minutes ago.  They had the color and size I wanted and at the best price I could find.  The Hardwater jacket will probably be too warm for me paired with the Hardwater bibs, but I've never cut a day short from being too warm!  I really wanted the heavier duty 600D fabric of the Hardwater over the others.  Shopping for deals, I got the Bibs for $137 and the Jacket for $161, so $298 for the whole suit vs the $458 MSRP.  Not too shabby! 

I think I have a love/hate relationship with this thread.  Spent too much money on ice fishing gear during another warm winter here in Ohio!

I discovered FISH307.com through ICESHANTY. Before the season started I sent all my auger blades to them for sharpening.They did an excellent job on my blades.

I curently use an 8in lazer on my drill setup. Help convince me the nills is that much better when considering the cost and hassle of sending off the blades to be sparpened? Not putting the nills down and have always wanted to try one but the lazer seems to rip well and blades are ez to get and change. Im a lilttle worried about possible sand in the ice around me. Thanks for posting

As if I don't have enough rods already....I picked up 2 No. 8 Heatwave 24L combos from Gander Mountain for $8.07 each including tax.  The combo looked and felt ok, the reel isn't really that smooth, and I have no idea how it'll perform.  But for $8 I can use that as a slip bobber rod or have the kids use them.

The price of the rod is higher online than in store.

Have the ice armor extrem mittens there starting to fall apart.. like at the seem stiching is coming undone and the fabric is fraying but they are warm and do better with those chemical bags that you shake up and produce heat.. for $40 I think you can do better.. menards has mittens on sale every once in a while for 4.00 that I think are warmer.. made of synthic fleece to.. just a tip

Ended up buying them - 23.00.  I have all kinds of different gloves/mittens, just thought I'd try these at that price.  I had a chance to try them on earlier in the winter at a Mills Fleet Farm, and they are amazingly warm.  Won't probably use them more than a few times a year, so they should last awhile.
