Welcome Ice Duels Tournament Challenge

Ice Duels will be sponsoring the MN, WI, and SD boards. Ice Duels is the worlds first and only, One on One, Double Elimination Ice Fishing Tournament. Match fishing on Ice, this tournament puts to rest the question of who the best angler is, on any given day. Fast-Unique-Fun. Pre-drilled holes, in an arena consisting of 50-60 “courts”. Anglers engaged in back to back, 30 minute “duels”. Earning points for every fish caught and released back into the waters. Winners advance to the next round of competition and two time losers get sent packing. The sweet 16, the great 8 and the final 4 are worthy goals. The final “Duel” is the pinnacle and the title of Last Angler Standing is the ultimate reward. Do you have what it takes?

Web site is live, our facebook page is active and each state has a sticky in the forums here.

We have been planning this since early 2012 and are excited to finally be going live with the tournaments.  Our goal is to have several state and regional events leading to a national finals in the very near future.

Why is the Smith Lake Ice Duels not listed as one of the events?  This sounds exiting!  Come to Montana and see what real fishing is all about.

I was going to fish the smith lake montana event for ice duels but its my sons birthday so i will only be fishing the perch assault event the day before.

Its a great idea for a tournament and should be really popular.

I am waiting on word from MT FWP on whether we will be "allowed" the rescheduled date...Best to stay tuned to the Ice Duels web site, or the Facebook page...I don't pay much attention to this site anymore...
