I have a worksharp and sharpened all of my fish fillet and kitchen knives. They all came out very sharp.

I do them either with a stone and a steel or with the Work Sharp and a steel. As time goes on I am using the Work Sharp more and more.

The work sharp has helped me tremendously in both time saving achieving a fine edge. I still haven't gotten the knack for the tip of the blade.

I injured my paw and can’t hold the knife right on a stone anymore , I bought a worksharp and I couldn’t be happier , , even does a nice nice job on my serrated Victorinox

I sharpen all of my knifes with a Rada sharpener now. I was able to get a couple of knives sharpened that I have had for ever that I could never get sharp. I have never been good at sharpening knives any way un till I bought a Rada sharpener. Only around 6 bucks. I have one of their fillet knifes and love it
