Thought I would pass on some info I have learned after just buying a new auger.starts runs about 10 seconds shut off over and over.talking to strikemaster was told that they were having some problems with the fuel lines.German specified certain ones and the ones who put it together ,China,put the wrong ones on some.so. Your lines should be clear red and black one of each.if you happen to get one like mine with all black ones they can't handle the cold and shrink and pop off .they will send you the right ones if you got all black.waiting for mine will post if it fixes problem.
