Vexilar
« on: Jan 29, 2024, 06:46 PM »
I have an older Vexilar 20 with a broken gain switch shaft. Not enough shaft left to turn the gain up or down. Any ideas?

Don’t know what they are currently, but their charges to repair were very reasonable and fast turnaround.

Thanks, I called Vexilar and they were very knowledgeable and polite. I’m going to send the head to them. Turn around time is quick.

Glad to hear that you’re sending it in. Let the pro’s fix it and know it’s done right and working correctly. Good luck and hope there’s a chance to use it yet this season

Lets us know how you make out ... Vexilar recently was bought out and one wonders how well the customer service end holds up to previous standards .
