hey bf.....make sure there is no wood touching that stove pipe!!! we almost caught ours on fire last year. 2 inches all around it would be safe, then put a metal collar around pipe. your home away from home looks awesome!!

since you have so many windows you will have to put something on them blankets what do you have as it would be way to bright in there. I never locked mine, it kept people from breaking the door down and the 1 window i had. Nice job you did but overkill on the window part
I only fish on days that end with a Y

One thing I would do is put reflectors/reflecting tape all over it.  You don't want to go out one day to find a dead snowmobiler hanging out one of your windows.

maybe putting some tint on the windows that way you can still see out and it won't be so bright inside.   Just an idea.
good things come to those who wait......Im still waiting!!!

I would put blinds on as in some lakes fishing for perch when its dark inside and bright outside you can see the fish on the bottom.
Gonna get me a 16" Perch this year.

Nicely done my friend! I agree with the windows decision, it's hard to see a flag through OSB. I measured mine so I can see out from a chair.

Dandy looking hut.

I like windows on at least 3 sides.  I like to see what I am doing (making lunch, tying knots etc).  However, I like most of my windows to be low so that I can see the tipups that I have set up outside while sitting down.

I also like a row of windows just above the holes in the hut.

Nice looking shack!  I had one several years ago with windows all around.
It was great to be able to see the traps in all directions around the shack without having to get up!
