red potatoes (4-6) Wash potatoes and cut potato in quarters. Slice 1/4 inch thick onto a sheet of aluminum foil. Garnish very generously with slices of butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped onion if you prefer. Wrap em up. Make sure the package is no more than 2 inches thick. Then wrap them again on another sheet of aluminum foil. The thicker the package, the longer it will take to get done. Place in a cast iron skillet and cook over a heat source. |
