i fellas im new here just wanted to stop in and say hey. im from northeast new york rite on lake champlain. like chasing the lakers in the summer with my 25ft sport craft and the northerns in the winter with tipups!

thanks guys this seems like a real good site! just stumbled on it tonite. i spen a lot of time over to trapperman.com, trapping is another one of my great pleasures. any way ive been fishing tipups for about 35 years now mostly for pike, i do like to jig panfish wile waiting for a flag though.. and of corse another pass time is setting in the shanty waiting on a flag with a good cool beaverage

Welcome Fishguts! My wife hates you because when I bring fish home, no matter how hard I try to clean up after I filet my fish, pieces of you always seem to show up and escape my cleanup efforts...on the toaster, floor, her tea kettle...

we just aint got a name yet,,,,, well our wives have come up with a few but nothing real creative yet

. pretty much the same bunch. we get out of the downriggerboat in the fall, head for camp, after that pull out the shanty. then in the spring start all over again.
