And get this... No lie..... The guy told Fish and Game and the police that he was going out to see if the ice was safe to fish on for his fishing trip the following week! HAHAHA Please tell me why you would admit to that? Thats not a joke either. Here's the link to the article in the local paper!

I guess I dont understand why people even bother taking their vehicles out on ice...Is it really worth the risk of having to buy another vehicle, and pay for people to get it out of the water? Why not just walk or drive a quad or snowmobile out to their spots?

oh yeah. the state fine is $500 for every day its in the water. who knows what other fines there are and then the cost of paying people to get it out!
