crappie comboo

looking to buy a combo for crappie fish. i fish crappies usually with slip bobbers. what is a decent rod for my combo. i was looking at the st croix's and dave genz lightning rods. what would you go with?

The rod /reel combo is not nearly as critical as the technique/presentation. Search the Tips menu for info on Crappies. There's tons of info there.
