What is the best and most comfortable seat that fits on 6 gallon bucket.

I use a Frabill like this one! http://www.frabill.com/ice-fishing/accessories/strato-bucket-seat-lid.html There are others with more padding and different design. Google them and check them out. Just remember that they get tippy with too much on top!! Good luck in your search!! :)

Be careful or it'll be boots in the air!!! That's why a chair with storage makes sense!!!

I have upgraded to a nice comfy coleman camp chair with a folding table attached to it.   I use this on nicer days where the wind won't blow it away.  Or I am on the seat that came in my eskimo Evo

its over 6 inches deep and half the bucket diameter ...so I would guess yes ...think it would be a pain though . I am considering the Bait-up for this season ..the smallest one is less then$20... enough for transport..to change up tip downs and jigging rods .

I got the Genie jar last year and really liked it but it really only holds 2 or 3 large or 4 or 5 small shiners but better than carrying your whole bucket all over.

X2, I use this exclusively. Fits in my Frabil rercruit sled also giving me the most out of my available fishing room when in the flip

Genie jar....4-5 crappie minnows would be great...seems like the bait bucket is always the furthest hole from where you need it  ...so how the freezing aspect ? any leaks ? pros or cons ?

If it's real cold I have put in my pocket but most of the time just lay on the ice with no freezing. Never leaked either and very handy. I was really looking for a 6 gal bucket with comfortable seat and styro bait bucket inside. Got the Striker Transporter bag in and can't wait to be more portable with that and the recon 5 underwater camera. Looking at the Polar Fire seat with ratcheting back that attaches to the 6gal bucket. Wear back pack and carry Ion and bucket.

I got a colmen. Steel directors chair I got at walmart.com for $30.00 any how I tied a rope from one end to the other so i could ware it over a shoulder.. or around neck etc.. I used to have a back pack I threw my river rod holder/ tackle in it woks in conjunction with back packs.. the chair does.. then all you need in hands is auger and spud bar.. I tried it with the folding sling chairs they open and unfold to easily being more of a pain then any thing..  that steel deck chair stays folded and not a pain.. even stays flat closed.. I do got the bucket seats but the colemen chair is way more comfy if you ask me..
