Got a smoking deal on this shanty New but the bench seat had to be reupholstered check and 3 small holes in side of canvas nickel size(not fixed yet) and a small hole in a non crucial part of sled(upper Lip in back) not fixed yet.

What should I sell it for/ or what should it be sold for?

I think you should make a new post OG.  No one is ever going to see it down there.  I know I never look down beyond the first four or five posts.  That's a great price for that shanty, even with the boo boos.  Wish I was closer.  I could always use a third or fourth shanty.
