last trip of the season

 Got out for one last time for some Bows, not much ice but i found some. morning was slow until about 9am but then thankfully picked up until about 11. First 2 fish were small tripped  jackers with arks and I hadn't seen any missing eggs until 11 when I finally found a thief sitting about 8feet down straight under the hole.could see it was decent so dropped down a egg on jig rod and it slammed it love watching them hit!

Last trip say it ain't so. Nice bows bud I'm hoping for a few more trips one tomorrow. Great seeing you, AA and Fishslayer at the gathering. How much ice were you drilling?

Sight fishing for bows through the ice... thats great. Pretty fish too... way to find them. Congrats

That last one is a good way to go out. I may try one more time to ice fish this weekend, but Bring on the open water trolling. Can't wait to get some rainbows and salmon after ice out.

I was drilling about 12" of ice Denny but was only 6 feet from open water lol pretty much fishing a iceberg

Thanks wiggins! Gonna be at least a couple weeks before I launch the boat to do any trolling but I'll be hitting the rivers hard this Saturday!
