Fish caught on the limited portion of safe ice on Sebago can be registered is my understanding

It's still in Cumberland county, I understand it as the sebago derby was really more just the togue portion as it's the only place that allows more than two to be caught.

If only we had a couple of cold days coming up rather than the forecast we've actually got... Much of the lake is ice covered right now, but it's only 4-6" of soft white ice and it's going fast, probably won't survive the next couple of days in most areas.

you can fish Sebago, but the $100,000.00 prize is cancelled. That is still catching a fish in Cumberland County. A lot of people yesterday we out from the station and Raymond Beach fishing. Plenty of other lakes and ponds to safely fish an have some fun. If you need tickets, we have them at Sebago Bait.

I checked out Sebago lake station on my way through, 2:30 or so. The fog was so thick I could not see the ice from the parking lot. My wife and I just came home from dinner up near Jordans store and the fog is just unbelievable for this time of year. I hope everyone that tries to fish Sebago pays attention......

1.76 lb perch won, just over 4 lb pickerel, I think 4.44lb togue and just under 6 lb pike. I've got a ton of pics and will post after they all finally upload to snapfish.

I doubt they will cancel. Still a lot of ice and this cold coming should firm up the slush but I'll pass it on if I hear anything!

I Spoke to the sponsor of the Kids Derby at Range pond State Park tomorrow. The kids derby is a go. We could use some help drilling holes, starting between 6-630am. Anyone willing to lend a hand please do.
