Mag 3000 chipper cuts worse with a new blade...
« on: Feb 15, 2017, 06:56 PM »
than it did with the rusty old dull one, which was not very good.  Plus it has the added benefit of hanging up at the bottom of the hole now.  Does anyone have any tips on how to get this old pig drilling right?  I think it's gonna be a clam plate for me next year, but I'd like to get some use out of it yet this season and be able to sell it in good conscience when I'm done with it.  Any help appreciated.
I'm a man, but I can change, If I have to, I guess.

Did you replace or at least sharpen the center point?  My laser did the same thing....  I sharpened the point and drilled like new
