No.8 broken tip policy?
« on: Feb 11, 2017, 10:40 PM »
Today a buddy and I went out for Kokanee, it was his first trip out with his new no.8 snitch that he got in the mail a couple days ago. Long story short he hooked into a rainbow and at the hole it curled and wedged, he horsed it a little trying to get it on the ice and fish got off and his tip broke right where the orange turns to black. He is going to try calling Monday to see if he can return it, I'm curious if anyone has dealt with them on this type of thing and how it worked out? Is this just a nature of the beast thing or does he have a chance at an exchange? The rod wasn't slammed in a tailgate or a door, it was fighting a fish so I told him it's worth a shot.

Looks like problem already solved, he got ahold of someone and they're sending him a new one and he sends broke one back.
