Ice fishing trip 2/21 and 22.. Need help!!

Me and a buddy plan on driving up to icefish Winnebago or somewhere with decent ice and fish.. we are from Indiana and no good Ice here.. We are willing to pay for a guide or for someone around the area that knows the lakes.. Last year we went to Sturgeon Bay and we had a blast but only caught whitefish..
we have a ton of gear, been doing it for 15 years plus, just need some help. Any advice or info would be great! Thanks in advance! Tight Lines!

I'd at the very least contact Larry Smith. He's been guiding Winne for decades. Been hearing decent reports on Perch this year, haven't heard a lot about walleyes.
