All this warm weather has me worried about my trip. I wonder if I will be able to do any fishing up there this weekend?

Any reports on ice conditions is very appreciated. Would the pier be fishable if ice is no good?

Just got back from Caseville. The ice by the breakwall was getting sketchy but there was plenty of ice in the marina. Caught a few dinks, one smelt, one decent perch and my buddy hooked something pretty big that broke his line real quick. I marked many fish in some areas but they were dinks. It was nice to be fishing in my sweats but the fishing was not very good. I did not see anyone else catching much either. This was my first time in Caseville. They had a festival going on and we watched some people diving into the ice water. Even with the festival it seemed like there was not much to do in town. I bet it is different there in the summer.
