Those interested, Gander Mountain, Washington Pa is closing now and having a 10-20% off sale to start. I did real well on ice gear from the Moon township store when they closed.

Yea my buddy works there,he told me last week. I picked up a pair or Lacrosse Ice kings for $42.00 . I know there not the quality of old but for $42.00 and ice fishing only it's a deal. They sell for $169.00 everywhere.

I wonder how many other stores they're going to close.  I know there isn't ever many people in the one near me which is in Scranton.  Beyond that the prices are higher than most other places and the selection leaves a lot to be desired depending on what you're looking for.

The same thing about no shoppers can be said about the new store in Monroeville. Every time I go in there it seems like a ghost town.

I miss Sportsmen Warehouse. I really liked that place. We had one but it close also.Not a big fan of Dick's or Field and Stream.

I have to agree that was a great store and prices weren't nearly as bad as gander or field and stream. it would have made it if there didn't put it in such a bad spot

Supposedly, there's a Sportsman's Warehouse opening this spring in Morgantown on the west side of the first exit in WV, so you can get your fix there.

I used to really like this store. I made the 3.5 hour drive several times a year because it had the best selection of musky tackle in the state. When corporate changed it, I quit going.
