Funny thing today. I drove by Tully Lake today and there was an area near the north end that had a bunch of water on top of the ice. It looked like the ice had cracked from pressure and water came up out of the crack and on to the ice. That's the only way that I can explain it.... and it was a lot of water too. It was towards the center of the lake so doubtful it was a stream inlet causing it. It wasn't like that yesterday. Regardless, no one has been fishing it in a while. The ice got real thin from the warm spell and was not good. Probably will be good again real soon though.. its been cold and it looks to stay that way for awhile.
