Minnows in Cheyenne?

Within the last year or two someone mentioned that you could buy minnows in Cheyenne.  Is this still the case?  I seem to remember a friend getting some statewide minnows out of Cheyenne.

There is a guy that lives east of cheyenne that sells statewide minnows.  Name is Bill.  307 635-7039.  They will give you directions.  They are north of 6 dollars a dozen. Only person that I know of
