Our tournament as cancelled last sunday due to poor ice conditions. honeycombed ice. ice was good when we walked off friday pm. it was canceled later that evening so we fished elsewhere the rest of the weekend.

See you on the frozen pond.......Mike

We fished it Saturday morning, the ice was clear and +/-7", there were several others out there.  We did have to take the dock to keep from getting wet feet. I believe there were people out there Sunday as well but I'm waiting for cold weather before I'm going back.

Fished west lake in Osceola yesterday mid day...ice was firmed up and with current and forecasted temps it should stay at what it is now...6" of hard clear ice, frozen slush on top 1" or so...I would expect badger to be similar.

How was it getting on the ice? Do I need planks?

Got out to badger Saturday.  Open water on east side but was able to get out from west ramp.  7" of clear ice on most of the lake.
