Impact wrench with the Clam plate?

I know there is a lot of information about using hammer drills with the Clam plate, but has anyone used an impact wrench (not an impact driver) with it?  Or is using an impact wrench overkill?

That would be a great way to make the blade makers very happy.       :woot:

You best carry at least a dozen each trip.

i have one, but no need to use it for an ice auger. a drill works fine. i don't see the need to hammer the blades when smooth/constant spinning works great.

are you going to use yours?
