St Croix legend silver
« on: Jan 18, 2017, 07:34 PM »
I just picked up a st croix legend silver today and the last eyelet on the rod is spinning around the rod... is this normal or cause too potentially contact St.Croix? Any input greatly appreciated!

With that said, I'd be pulling it off and putting a dab of epoxy on it and fishing...but that's just me.

I would call them and have it done right.  They will take care of you.  If you absolutely need a rod in the mean time, buy an HT el-cheapo for $8.00.  I love my Legend Silvers also.

Thank you! I've got other rods just thought I'd treat myself to a St.Croix! Was hoping to use it this weekend but I guess I can wait!

Called st Croix they told me to glue it or I could send it to them so they could glue it... I'll save the time and glue it myself

Caught about 20 crappies tonight on the new rod... So I think the glue did its job!
