Burbots
« on: Jan 18, 2017, 10:55 AM »
I'm looking to hook up with a Ling and having it for a meal. Being the ice is poor in Quinte, time to find another place to go ice fishing. Any info on I'm looking for some info on Loughborough lake and fishing for ling lake or Skootamatta lake for ling would be appreciated. Heck even company would be nice!

Loughborough has lakers but no burbot.  Well I guess there could be some but it gets pounded during the winter and I have never seen one caught.

If you look on the facebook group "613 Ice Fishing" there is a group event planned to Wolfe Lake near Westport saturday night. I've heard it's a great lake for Burbot but have not fished it myself.
