Dog lake. Shipyard bay

I was wondering if you could fish in shipyard bay in the winter time. I read the sign today stating no fishing between ice out and bass season. If you are aloud to fish there is the ice any good? Looks like good structure spots for pan fish. If anyone could let me know it would be greatly appreciated.

 yes you can fish it, and it has been safe for fishing for a few weeks.
