I was wondering how the ice was on lake morey. I'm thinking a outing heading down to fish it on Monday

Should be fine they have the skating loop cleaned off and people using it, I saw a shack out there 2 weeks ago

Heading up to the morey/Fairlee area this weekend from out of state. Going to hit both most likely. My first time ice fishing Vt so this weekend I can really only target perch? What happens if you accidentally catch a trout or bass?
