Fishing in a thunderstorm in January

Out right now on 7 inches lighting all over but they are hitting

I did that I believe it was in 2010 at the slough, and we knocked them dead! Good luck to you and be safe out there!

I was in thunder lighting and hail last night for about 30 mins then it stopped but I was soaked by then. Luckily I had extra clothes in truck!

.         Used to do that also, when younger, you do realize that you are the tallest thing on the ice, right?

I was thinking the same thing. I get off the lake in the summer when it starts to lightning, imagine the same should apply in the winter.
