what's the problem with adding location on your profile?

so many times i see people asking for info but especially the newer guys/gals seem to omit the location. i think it would help everybody if people shared location....don't need it to find what body of water they're fishing but it would at least spread some knowledge as to what part of the state seems to have ice... or just plain general knowledge what's going on in other parts of the state....am i wrong? if i am that's ok just tell me but it's on the profile for a reason maybe even age group as well see who the old timers are on here (like myself).

County and State is fine ...lots of question pertaining to ...what suit should I get...insulated or non insulated ...location is important in answering those types of question .
