Sawyers pond in Emmett is a good choice right now.  We found good fish and the ice is  8"

Really now? This might be a good place to take my 3 and half year old daughter. She wants to fish with me but I have been worried about getting her on the ice and not having enough action to keep her short three year old attention span!
