Shallow lake?
« on: Jan 01, 2017, 10:12 AM »
There is a small lake that is only a few miles down the road from my house that is said to have quite a few crappies and some nice bass. It is a private lake but can get permissision by signing in at the farmhouse. I signed in and talking to the owner he told me the lake is  pretty flat and maybe 5' at the deepest point this time of year. My question is it worth fishing water that shallow for crappie?
ThNks,

Casey

Yep sure is. The thing is in that they may be anywhere and every where. Good luck. Come back and let us know how you did.
