Yeah it's a small back water right off the channel of the Mississippi at the dam by dubuque iowa.

Few people I know have been out there in the past three weeks, I havnt heard really how they did. If it was good I'd a heard. Havnt been there in pry 6 years. Have never really done that well there. Was at bertam today for the tournament same old same old there. I grew up not too far from there. Place is fished so hard it's ridiculous.
