turtle flambeau flowage advice

trying to throw together an ice fishing trip to the TFF area. have all of the gear except a sled/quad combo. is it feasible to fish out of a resort on foot or to hop around between access areas and go from there on foot?

well, i think going off boat landing would be your best bet. fishermans, sportmans, and springstead landing are ok. otherwise you could try going to donners bay resort. can rent a cabin and have some decent crappie fishing not to far from shore.

there are a few secret access points that you can find on the flow that you can walk from to get you into some really good fishing spots. but those i will not disclose. find yourself a plat book of the lake and you should be able to find them. they are small and usually narrow trails and require some walking so should probably be in good shape.

if you have any questions feel free to hit me up

thanks for the reply, looks like we're going to shift a bit east to waters i have fished, albeit 20 plus years ago.
