Flasher questions

Ok so my dad is looking at finally buying a flasher but we fish in the same shack and want to make sure he gets one that he can use next to me I have a hummingbird  ice-35 and he wants to buy a fl-8se genz pack would they be ok side by side thanks for the advice

I have the 45, and have fished next to an fl8, no issues for either of us.
