icing around armstrong and venango county middle of january?

will be back home around that time but I have never iced in PA (just out west) so was looking to see if someone could point me to the ice around these two western counties.?

Kahle Lake I believe is in venago county

Culinary, Keystone Power Dam outside of Elderton, Pa on route 210. Just be careful we lost a fellow "icer" there recently. The middle is the last to freeze even though the edges tend to have good ice.

Justice Lake in Venango co.
Kahle Lake in both Venango and Clarion Co.  (North launch is in Venango Co., South launch is in Clarion Co.).
