I moved back to West Michigan 3 weeks ago from Texas after 6 years gone. I've been taking full advantage of everything the mitten has to offer. It's good to be back.

I sold my boat after my kids moved out and got into off roading with a quad then a side by side. I ride year around with different groups throughout the state and have traveled to West Virginia, Kentucky and Colorado to ride. Hoping to get out to Montana or Idaho next summer. At the present time, I have studded the old sled, purchased a few lures, messed around with the shanty and basically wait impatiently for ice.

Hey, I lived in Texas for a year. All I can say is thank God for Michigan.

Nice to you see you back sir! Looks like you have been taking full advantage of what this state has to offer. Perhaps I will see on this ice this year.

Besides waiting for the ice, been doing a little steelhead fishing, getting whitefish, and probably do some shooting and start loading my own ammo with my new press. Sad haven't been out in the woods yet. Between work and a few family things that recently came up I haven't got a chance to take a day to get out since my only property is up North..

Welcome back. All I have been doing is getting the new Argo set up for ice fishing. I'd rather find and fix any issues in the garage than out on a frozen lake with the wind and cold. Oh, and waiting for the UPS and FedEx guys to bring the good stuff.

Indeed it is. Ol' man and I went 3/4 last weekend. First silver fish Ive had my hands on in 6 years! Glad to see your still catching the chromers as well Doc.
