Went by sandy pond in freedom tonight, iced over still!

Crazy! 2 years ago on was on ice tomorrow. Last year, next week. Looking like at least two weeks more this year.

Gonna order mousees as soon as I see some temps headed more in the right direction. Just looked at this year’s knutsen’s prices. The $ are not bad, but the shipping was about the same as the mousses for 500ct.

The tail end of the 10 day forecast is looking good for ice if it holds.

The past two years, my first day out was December 5th. I'm thinking it will be about 7-10 days later than that if we don't get a warm up or rain in the first week of December.

me and matt were on 4in nov 24th. 2 years ago! farm pond just froze near me last night! now got 2ft. of snow forecasted weds- thurs!

Must be nice ethan,  We have snow today and freezing rain.  Im thinking a month or more 
before we can get ice to fish on, inless we get a  cold snap in the future.   Im going to start trapping my bait next week for the fishing season.  Good luck this season and post some of your big dog pictures.

you put that beast on 10in! you put it on with the argo? say hi to your family for me. devon says hi too from florida! he misses the cold and snow. still talks about the trip and now wants to go to Alaska  in summer.

Hauled it out a little earlier this year, and did run pilot holes down the lake checking the ice.  I was good with it and I did use the argo to haul it.  Fishing was great and I will post a few pictures when I get a chance.  Glad you guys had fun Jacksmelt...you would have loved the hogs we pulled on this trip
